The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The bathroom was modern and even had color-changing lights, creating a unique atmosphere. The breakfast in the lobby was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Palermo.
Although I had a wonderful experience, I did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks. The walls were a bit thin, so there was some noise from other rooms.

The breakfast was like a tasteless buffet, they had only sweet options and gluten-free cardboard. The terrace had a lovely view of the trash bins. The flat-screen TV was so small I needed binoculars to see it.
Oh, and the airport was conveniently located on another continent. How thoughtful!
